		<description>Great job Orlando!  I really enjoy the variety and the challenges of the conditioning workouts.  I know I struggled on a few of them.  And that only makes me want to try harder for next time.  Each weekend having a slightly different format or coaching prevents boredom.  And I am still having fun.  I must be sadistic...  

Thank you and keep up the good work.  I do sincerely hope that we can keep this clinic going!
