After recovery week, this week felt like the first one in some ways. This is one of my favorite and most inspiring gymnastics video clips. I just marvel and respect the discipline and determination needed to achieve this. You could figure out by now that I like the whole Cirque De Soleil thing. Enjoy!

45 minutes of solid and sustained workout in just two areas. Basically, pull-ups and dumbbell movements. Intensity and focus seem to be the theme for the second month of training.
